Mushrooms and ferns are some of nature’s oldest designs – and together they make a strange, beautiful pair.

Mushrooms are connection. They’re the nervous system of the forest, hidden but essential. Ferns take me back in time – to a world that feels ancient but alive.

I wanted to show their differences: the fungi pushing up with bold, sculptural shapes; the ferns unfurling like prehistoric lace.

These pieces are about rhythm and boldness – how forms can push upward and outward, yet still carry intricate textures within. I wanted them to feel like a burst of theatre on the forest floor, saturated with violets, oranges and blues.

They’re not delicate studies – they’re celebrations. The forms are graphic and architectural, but look closer and you’ll find quiet details, textures, the flicker of brushwork.

From across the room, it reads as a bold, rhythmic tapestry. Step closer, and the details reveal themselves – each stem, each curl, each deliberate line.

Please understand that every print is made to order, and as a small business (it's just me) I do not hold stock. Because of this I cannot offer returns at this time. I’m looking to offer the service in the future once I am able to.

If your product is damaged on its way to you then you can have a refund within the first 30 days of purchase - please contact me immediately with images of the damaged packaging and product so that I can launch an investigation.
